Factotum Communications is a dynamic and passionate
consultancy with staff and collaborators in three states.
In establishing Factotum Communications, Kate was determined to create the bespoke consultancy to solve for the whole spectrum of a projects stakeholder needs. Kate’s particular skills are in lateral thinking, contentious issues management and bringing people together to deliver results.
Kate has driven the comms and engagement on strategic projects for Water NSW, Transport for NSW and multiple clients within the Murray-Darling basin to deliver:
- Strategic advice during project planning and delivery phases
- Proactive (and reactive) issues management
- Media advisory
- Landowner access and acquisition relationships
- Hot start and project team establishment
- Facilitation and moderation
